Arthur Valiullin
Vice President

Arthur is responsible for deals origination and execution in NRG, including assessment of potential projects and exit strategies development.  

Prior to joining NRG Arthur was an investment manager in PPF where he participated in a number of acquisition projects in retail, mining and financial industries with total deal value over USD 2 bln. Before that Arthur was a project manager in International Venture Fund where he was responsible for assessment of potential investments in IT, chemical and healthcare industries.

Arthur graduated from Lomonosov Moscow State University with MA degree in Finance and BA degree in Management.

Sergey Lushin
Investment Manager

Before joining the company in 2006, he worked as Deputy Head of the Investment Projects Support Department of Titan, a petrochemical company in the city of Omsk. Prior to that, from 2002 to 2005, he worked in the Investment Department at MDM Bank.

Sergey graduated from the Moscow Engineering & Physics Institute (State University), majoring in Enterprise Economics and Management.

Vladislav Mamediarov
Head of Legal Department

Vladislav provides legal support and structuring M & A transactions (including offshore jurisdictions), and is responsible for the corporate matters of the portfolio companies.
Vladislav has more than 5 years of experience in M & A transactions. Before joining NRG, Vladislav worked for the American law firm Marks & Sokolov (LLC), where he was involved in projects to acquire office buildings on the territory of Russia, the issue of shares in Russian and foreign companies, firms due diligence.

Vladislav holds the degree in Russian Law Academy of the Ministry of Justice majoring in Civil Law. Currently, Vladislav teaches at The Academy of National Economy under the Government of the Russian Federation in the specialty of legal support for M & A transactions.

Svetlana Volkova
Investment Manager

Before joining NRG in December, 2010 Svetlana worked as Corporate Finance analyst in FBK/PKF Russia. Prior to FBK Svetlana was a Corporate Finance analyst in Arbat Capital Management where she was responsible for investment documentation preparation and financial modeling.

Svetlana graduated from the State University - Higher School of Economics with MA in Economics, majoring in Stock Market and Investments. Svetlana is a Level III CFA Candidate.

Igor Minyukhin
Investment Manager

Prior to joining NRG Igor worked in Transactions Advisory Services Department at Ernst & Young where he was responsible for financial modeling and preparation of investment documentation. Earlier he worked in the management consulting sphere, participating in projects on business processes optimization for O&G and telecommunication companies.

Igor has Master of Science degree with honors from Saratov State University and Master in Finance degree from New (Russian) Economic School.

Oleg Zyryanov
Analyst

Oleg joined NRG in October 2011. Oleg has bachelors degree in Economics, majoring in Stock Market and Investments (2010) from Economics in National Research University – Higher School of Economics and currently is receiving MA in Economics. Previously he was granted by VTB and Russian government for excellent progress in study, also won All-russian Economics Olympiad. Oleg is a level 1 CFA candidate.

Assistant Director of Legal Department

Ekaterina joined NRG team in August, 2011.  Ekaterina is responsible for preparation and translation of legal documentation, including documentation for offshore jurisdictions.

Anastasiya Moshkova
Administrative Director

Prior to joining NRG Anastasia worked as an event manager of various economic forums of Institute of Regional Policy, for example: Krasnoyarsk Economic Forum, Yakutsk Economic Forum «Mega projects of Russia», St. Petersburg International Economic Forum. She also took part in organization “The Russia Forum” 2008-2009 (Moscow).

Anastasiya graduated from Plekhanov Russian Academy of Economics majoring in Financial Management, Faculty of Finance and Credit.
