Andrew Crowley is a Chief Executive Director of Macquarie Renaissance Infrastructure Fund (MRIF), a private equity fund dedicated to providing investors with long-term capital returns through a diversified portfolio of equity and equity-related investments in infrastructure projects in Russia, Ukraine and Kazakhstan as well as other CIS countries. Before joining Macquarie Renaissance Infrastructure Fund Mr. Cowley was Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Macquarie Airports, one of the largest strategic investors in the airport business with substantial assets in Australia, Belgium, the Netherlands, Italy, United Kingdom. Before joining Macquarie Airports, Mr. Cowley was Managing Director of Private Equity Investments division at Allianz AG, the largest European financial services and asset management company. This company with a total value of assets managed exceeding €1.3 trillion. Mr. Cowley formerly served on the investment committees of several Allianz Co. private equity funds. He also represented funds on portfolio company boards in various industries: energy, consumer and business services, machinery. Previously, Mr. Cowley was Chairman of the Board of Dresdner Bank in Russia for 10 years. Prior to that, Andrew Cowley worked for The Economist magazine in New York, Hong Kong and Moscow.

Daniel Bronstein is the Head of the Representative Office of Solway Management LLC in the Russian Federation. Mr. Bronstein has graduated from Birmingham University, holds the degree of Master of Finance form City (now Cass) Business School. He worked in the Warburg Dillon Read Investment Bank (now part of UBS AG), later in metal trading companies in London and in SUAL-Holding (aluminum production). In 2000 Mr. Bronstein started working at Romtrade Group as the Head of Mergers and Acquisitions department, and reorganized the company into Solway Investment Fund. Mr. Bronstein is the Head of Solway Management LLC and its representative office from the date of the Company's foundation

Marleen Groen is CEO and Principal Founder of Greenpark Capital, the fund specializing in secondary investments. Marleen is responsible for strategic planning and for the management of investment operations including overseeing Greenpark Capital advised funds. Marleen has spent 11 years in private equity secondaries investing. Prior to that she spent nearly a decade as a senior corporate financier for major European banks, advising on M&A transactions in many European countries.

Until Recently Nicholas Jordan is a Chairman for Emerging Markets Europe, Nomura International plc. Prior to that Mr. Jordan was a Vice Chairman of Lehman Brothers Europe and the head of Russian representative office of Lehman Brothers Inc. Mr. Jordan held the office of Vice Chairman and Head of the Russian Office of Deutsche Bank Group. He started his career at Deutsche Bank as Managing Director in 2000, then supervising the areas of capital markets, investment business and trade in Russia. Before joining Deutsche Bank, Mr. Jordan held the position of Vice President of the London office of Chemical Bank, heading the business of Emerging Markets. Prior to that, he worked as a treasury assistant at Bank of New York.

Peter Borg is an Investment Director of Amanda Capital Plc, one of the largest managers of private equity investments in Finland. Amanda Capital Plc is listed on the OMX Nordic Exchange in Helsinki. It is the first publicly listed private equity fund of funds in Scandinavia. The number of shareholders is approximately 3 700.
Peter Borg, M.Sc.Econ, has been working in private equity industry since 1995. He is a member of advisory boards of several European private equity funds. Peter has worked in Amanda Capital since its establishment and currently his main responsibility is private equity fund selection. Previously Peter worked in Sitra and as a Secretary General in FVCA (Finnish Venture Capital Association) 1996-2000.
