Egor's responsibilities include assessment of investment projects, supervision of transaction execution, and working out development strategies for portfolio companies.

Egor has more than 5 years of experience in various financial positions. Before joining NRG, he was Director of Corporate Finance at SARS Capital Co., where he worked on projects in banking industry and FMCG. Before that, Egor was a Partner with Mobitex Company where he was involved in a number of transactions in the timber industry, chemical and mining industries. In 2002-2004, Egor worked at the Corporate Finance Department of Uralsib Company (then Nikoil), where he was involved in M&A transactions and strategic consulting in retail, energy and power, transportation, telecommunications and other industries.

Egor’s projects included consulting RAO UES of Russia on restructuring issues, acquisition of Altaikhimprom chemical works in Altai region, sale of the Elitel timber works in Leningrad oblast, as well as consulting on the acquisition of PICK Szeged meat processing factory in Hungary.

Egor holds the degree in Economics from the Moscow State Institute of International Affairs (MGIMO) majoring in International Financial Markets.
