Artur joined NRG from A1, where he served as CFO of the fund, responsible for the financial and operational change within portfolio companies.  Artur regularly managed the sale of portfolio companies at A1.  In 2002-2003 he implemented operational change and corporate governance in Eurochem as a CFO within the MDM group of companies. In 2000-2002 as a CFO at Access Industries Eurasia, Artur was responsible for forming a vertically integrated coal mining company and resolving tax issues in Russia and Kazakhstan.

Artur received a degree from the State Financial Academy in Moscow with a specialization in International Banking.
