NRG provides advice to alternative investment funds on selecting investment opportunities, structuring acquisitions of companies and real estate assets, increasing capitalization over the entire period of asset holding and profitable exit opportunities.

Alternative investments include equity investments in non-public companies (PE), private investments in public companies (PIPE), investments in real estate (RE), and hedge funds.

Currently, NRG is focused on working with Volga River One Capital Partners LP private equity fund, while it is planned to hire specialists in real estate business in the near future and launch a project to work with a real estate fund.

In addition to investment consulting services NRG’s managing partners decided to pursue M&A advisory business as a complimentary one to the main activities of the firm.
